Look around your organization – chances are you are already engaging encore talent in some capacity, as employees and as volunteers. Now think about the spectrum of work that needs to be done – all those important projects that you just can’t seem to get to, or those areas of growing demand that are depleting existing resources. There are probably additional ways that you could engage encore talent.

There are lots of possibilities when it comes to leveraging encore talent. You may decide to start small – perhaps building on what you are already doing. Or, you may want to jump in with both feet.
